Accessibility

Our commitment

SyncSpot is committed to making our website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone to be able to book classes, manage memberships and run their studio with SyncSpot.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments. We are working towards full conformance and review our progress regularly.

What we do to support accessibility

  • Use semantic HTML and clear document structure.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Aim for sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
  • Design for a range of screen sizes and zoom levels.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of our website and platform may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and fix these issues. [EVIDENCE NEEDED: list any known limitations here as they are identified, for example third-party embeds or legacy screens.]

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or platform, or need information in a different format, please let us know. We welcome your feedback and aim to respond within a reasonable time. Contact us at support@syncspot.app.
